The curator and author of the exhibition is Verica Nemet.
As part of the exhibition, the works of artists who participated in the International Terracotta Terracotta Sculpture Symposium in previous decades are shown.
The exhibition is a tribute to female artists and their legacy, as well as to sculpture itself as a permanent record of existence — where the material becomes the medium of the spirit, and the physical work becomes a bridge between what was and what remains.
Ana Bešlić Ana Bešlić, Olga Jevrić Olga Jevrić, Olga Jančić Olga Jančić, Mira Brtka Mira Brtka, Darija Kačić Darija Kačić and Dragana Ilić Dragana Ilić Dragana Ilić Dragana Ilić
on Terra, they created outside the institutions, in direct contact with the earth, in the rhythm of their own contemplation.
Although of different poetics, they found a common language of sculpture in clay: steady, silent, indelible.
During the duration of the exhibition, you can expect an educational accompanying program that includes expert guides, discussions about the importance of sculpture in contemporary art, as well as workshops for the youngest, future audience.
