Sanja Radusin – ,,From clay to terracotta”

Sanja Radusin – From clay to terracotta
The exhibition from clay to terracotta is the result of research within the
Specialist Studies – Sculpture in Terracotta. The work exhibited in the gallery space of the
Terra Museum is made up of a horizontal floor setting of square reliefs. These fields were
made according to gypsum matrices made on the site of an old clay pit. The aim of this
exhibition is to convey the authentic impression of this place in the gallery space, but also
to present the essential properties of clay, and that is its ability to remember. An integral
part of the exhibition are photographs that show selected segments from the same
location. All this makes an exciting composition of visual elements.Sanja Radusin was born in Novi Sad in 1989. In 2017, she completed her Basic
Studies in Sculpture at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.From 2018 she is member of
SULUV. In 2019, she completed a Master’s degree in sculpture at the same Academy. In
2020, she enrolled in Specialist Studies of Terracotta Sculpture. She has four solo
exhibitions and Sanja has participated in numerous group exhibitions.
