Psycho Art lab – WORKSHOP

Psychoart lab – WORKSHOP part of the accompanying program of the exhibition “Dear Diaries: A Year of Awareness”
Maja Erdeljanin – DRAGI DNEVNIČE – GODINA SVESNOSTI, and which was run by Milena Ćuk web page, psychologist and integrative art psychotherapist. The workshop was held in the Terra Gallery on Saturday, June 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Milena Ćuk is the author of experiential PsychoArt Lab workshops in which participants, with the help of visual and performative practices, explore inner experiences, experiment with ways of expression, and then, with professional guidance, verbally process what they have experienced and thus expand their physical and emotional awareness.
The participants of the workshop will be guided through the process of deepening their awareness of a specific personal experience or topic that is “coming through” in this period, and the result of that process will be a collage type, like the works of Maja Erdeljanin. In a way, each workshop participant created  one page of their art journal, composed of words, colors, selected thumbnails and/or drawings. Experience in drawing, painting, etc. was not necessary.
