Successful Completion of the Working Part of the 45th International Terracotta Sculpture Symposium

As tradition dictates, the artists presented themselves, their previous work, and their artistic concepts in detail at a public presentation held at the “Terra” studio on July 11th.

In the authentic working environment of our studio, located in a former tile factory, sculptures were created that testify to the richness and diversity of artistic expressions – from reduced, geometric, and architectonic forms to massive abstract and figural compositions. All works have now entered the sensitive phase of the technological process of natural drying. The expert staff of CLPU Terra monitors this process daily and reacts as needed to ensure optimal conditions for the complete stabilization of the clay prior to the firing process.

The artists’ departure does not mark the end of our collaboration. Institutional communication continues, and this year’s participants, upon returning to their home environments, take on the role of promoters of our center, contributing to the further expansion of the international visibility and reputation of the “Terra” symposium.

This year, the entire creative process, the working atmosphere, and the significance of the symposium itself were covered by a large number of media outlets. We owe special gratitude to Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV), TV Kikinda, and Radio Kikinda, whose journalists brought the 45th symposium closer to the wider public through detailed reports, coverages, and interviews.

The public will be informed in a timely manner about the subsequent phases of the sculptures’ technological processing, as well as the plans for their future exhibition.
