Vera Stevanović

Vera Stevanović was born in 1953 in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, where she also completed her master’s studies. She has been exhibiting since 1981, and so far she has prepared around twenty solo exhibitions in museums and galleries throughout the former Yugoslavia, and she has also exhibited at many group exhibitions and events in Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Paris and Vienna. She has been awarded several times for her work: the ULUS Annual Award and the redemption award of the Ministry of Culture (1998), and the Small Plastic Award (2003).
