Vladimir Perić – Talent

Multimedia artist, present on the art scene of contemporary creativity in the country and abroad for forty years.
He is one of the few artists whose projects cover huge periods of time, so his individual installations are consciously created in a clear idea for fifteen, twenty or thirty years. He was enrolled in the world icons of graphic design of the 20th century, and he studied graphics and photography at the Faculty of Applied Arts and Design in Belgrade. He is a professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade. He has been a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia for about twenty years, and since 2004 he has been a member of the Art Directors Club of Serbia. He has been present on the scene of visual art for more than three decades, and his creativity can be divided into three periods – when he exhibited under the pseudonym “Talent”, then as a founder and member of the artistic group “Talent Factory”, after which he exhibited under his own name and within of the new ten-year project “Museum of Childhood”. Under the pseudonym Talent, Perić exhibited his works from 1986 to 1996. He is the founder and member of the artistic group “Talent Factory”, where he worked from 1996 to 2006, after which he started the “Museum of Childhood” project, which formally ended in 2016.
He exhibited at more than seventy solo and more than two hundred group exhibitions. He is the winner of several awards, among them the prestigious award for visual art in the domestic context – the award of the “Politika” newspaper from the “Vladislav Ribnikar” fund for the exhibition “Made in YU”, held in the Haos gallery, in 2006.
